II. Cookies

1.       Using the Website, you grant consent for use of cookies pursuant to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you have to change the settings of your Internet browser or resign from using the Website.

2.       We do not collect any information in an automated manner, except for information included in the cookies.

3.       Cookies are IT data, especially text files, saved and stored in the users' end devices (computers, telephones, etc.), intended for use of websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website the originate from, storage time in the end device and a randomly generated unique number identifying the browser from which the User connects with the Internet.

5.       We use session cookies to improve and streamline navigation on our Website. We external cookies exclusive for the purpose of generation of general and anonymous statistics that help us understand how you use our Website by means of the analytical tools of Google Analytics.

These settings can be changed, in particular, to block automatic cookies support in the browser settings or to prompt the user every time when they are downloaded to your device.

a.       in the Google Chrome browser, the necessary steps are as follows:

in the menu on the right, choose "Options", then "Settings", "Advanced" and then - in the item "Privacy and safety" - choose "Content settings" and "Cookies".

b.       in the Mozilla Firefox browser, the necessary steps are as follows:

choose "Options" in the menu and select the privacy level in the section "Privacy and safety".

c.       in the Opera browser, the necessary steps are as follows:

select the "Menu", then "Settings", "Advanced" and then - in the item "Privacy and safety" - choose "Content settings" and "Cookies".

8.       The above types of browsers have been shown only as examples. Since the Users use different browsers, there may be some differences in disabling the installation of cookies. The information on cookies can be usually found in the "Tools" or "Options" menu. More details in this respect can be found on the website of the producer of the given browser.

9.       Detailed information on management of cookies on the mobile phone or any other mobile device can be found in the user manual / instruction manual of the given phone or mobile device.

10.   It must be noted that resigning from cookies regards only the specific browser. This means that the same actions must be taken in case of any other browser used on the same or other device.

11.   We inform that restricting the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on our Website.

12.   Deleting cookies is not equivalent to erasure by the Personal Data Controller of the Personal Data obtained by means of cookies.

 

II. Personal Data Processing

In performance of the information obligation under Art. 13 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) and provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, we inform that:

2.       We make all effort to ensure physical, technical and organisational safeguarding measures for the stored data to protect them against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, change, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, pursuant to the governing law. For this purpose, the Controller implemented proper procedures.

3.       We process your data for the following purposes: conclusion and performance of contracts binding us and performance of our obligations provided for by the law, including but not limited to processing of complaints, necessary contact, issue and storage of invoices and accounting documents and, furthermore, for purposes connected with conducted business activity, including analyses and statistics.

4.       During your visit on our website, the data regarding your visit, especially your IP address are collected by default. For more information on this subject, see the part devoted to cookies. In case of a contract binding us with you, the processed personal data include also, without limitations: name, surname, e-mail address, place of residence, business name, telephone number, fax number, NIP [Tax Identification Number] and REGON [National Official Business Register] identifiers, registered office address and bank account number.

5.       The legal basis for processing of your personal data is:

a.       your voluntary consent granted in writing, through acceptance of use of cookies in your device or through contact with us - under Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR,

or

b.       contract binding us with you - under Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR (i.e. processing of personal data is necessary to perform the contract concluded with the person who is the data subject) - which means that your written consent is not required for this type of processing,

and

c.       legitimate interests pursued by the Controller - under Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR (i.e. processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, e.g. seeking potential claims in relation to performance of services) - which means that your written consent is not required for this type of processing.

6.       Provision of the personal data referred to in section 4 above is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of contract performance. In case of failure to provide the said data, the contract between us cannot be concluded.

7.       Your personal data will be made available to other data recipients, especially under data processing entrustment agreements concluded with the accounting office, IT system provider, legal office, hosting companies or our subcontractors as well as banks, postal operators and entities cooperating with us, such as Google Analytics.

8.       Your personal data collected during your visit on our website will be erased during the automatic erasure process. Your personal data collected by us in connection with performance of a contract will be processed for the time necessary to perform the contract and upon its termination for the purpose of pursuit of legitimate interests of the Data Controller, i.e.: marketing of own products or services - until the consent you awarded is withdrawn, or seeking potential claims in connection with service performance - under the governing laws regarding claims prescription, Art. 117 et seq. of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 92, as amended), as well as for the time necessary to perform the obligations arising from the law, e.g. the accounting act.

9.       You have the right to access the content of your data, correct, rectify, erase them or restrict their processing, right to raise an objection against their processing, right to transfer the data, right to demand access to the data as well as right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that processing of your data is not compliant with the currently governing law in the scope of data protection. You also have the right to be forgotten if further processing is not provided for by the currently governing law.

10.   You also have the right to withdraw the consent at any time and its withdrawal does not affect data processing performed prior to the withdrawal.

11.   Your personal data can be transferred to third countries in connection with use of analytical and user behaviour tracking tools, especially Google Analytics, including member states of the European Union and the United States of America (USA).

12.   We ensure proper safeguards for the supplied personal data through use of standard data protection clauses adopted under the decision of the European Commission and data processing entrustment agreements meeting the GDPR requirements.

14.   Processing your data collected by means of cookies, we are mostly unable to identify you. Thus, if you wish to exercise the above rights, you will be requested to supply additional information for the purpose of your identification.

15.   This version of the Policy is effective from 23.05.2018. The Controller can change this Policy in the future, for instance in case of change of the governing law, especially in the scope of Personal Data protection. The Controller shall each time publish an information about changes in the Policy on its website.
